Trademark and Licensing

The phrases “Save 2nd Base” “Save Second Base” and any combination of “confusingly similar” words (“Protect” “Help”, etc.) are covered under our registered Trademark. Additionally, our trademark also covers images and artwork (baseball diamond with ribbon, baseballs, etc.)

All violators will face legal action.

If you would like to use the phrase for a team name for a walk, fundraiser, etc, we ask that you license it (for a nominal fee) or, better yet - use our shirts! We will gladly give you a group discount!
